PLEASE Help me configuring Upsells/Donwsells

Hello Guys,

I use aMember and people pay with paypal or offline methods (link Bank transfer).

I want to add some Upsells (and if people click "No" some downsells) But I dont know how to do it (technically).

Could you please give me some advice about methods You Have used succesfully?

    I'm not that familiar with them, but they do have a forum. That might be a better place to ask this question.

      Does amember have an up sell script? if not it may be tricky.

      I use wishlist a bit and it gives you the option to send people to a specific page after they log in for the first time, and I use that for upsells.

      If I recall correctly, with amember, they have to create their membership account before they go to paypal, correct?

      If so, the only way I see this working is to create a page with the upsell, and direct them to that from paypal. Then you add 2 options on that page.. one to paypal again, or one that takes them to the down sell page.

      Like I said, I haven't looked at amember for a while, so you might want to check if they have a plug in for this.

    Something else to consider is Amember readily integrates with 1shoppingcart. And 1shop has done a great job with their upsell express feature. We use upsell express all the time and I highly recommend it. Also 1shop support is going to be way better than Amember support. Just a thought...
