What Is Your Biggest 'Technical' Hurdle Online?

Hi everyone,

Being a fairly technical person - When starting out I was able to very easily get started as I could code a lot of my own websites.

I know for many people first starting out the cost of hiring out a freelancer or outsourcing is simply too expensive to justify. As such many people spend hours trying to figure it out themselves or just give up.

In most cases their product idea never sees the light of day because they simply don't know how to get past the "technical roadblocks"

So I would love to know:

(NICE AND EASY!)

What is (or was) your biggest technical hurdle online?

    My biggest was learning HTML. I still remember spending countless hours on trouble shooting the most basic of HTML tasks.

    I'm glad to say those days are behind me. I can now code in html and CSS even though these days I usually have someone else make my sites.

    For me it's been css. What a touchy bunch of things to go wrong,
    from using a colon instead of a semicolon, forgetting an equal sign;
    the tiniest mistake can look like something is drastically wrong.

    Fortunately tracking them down is getting faster and the validators
    sure help.
