Which one of these two methods should I do?

Method 1
- Choose Niche
- Buy Domain
- Set up a product compare/review for 3 products
- Write 20 Articles and submit to all article directories linking back to review site

Method 2
- Choose Niche
- Write 40 Articles and submit to all article directories linking to a short URL to product page.

The reason I'm asking which one to choose is because I'm going to outsource all of this. I have only a specific amount of money to spend. To me, I rather pay someone in warriors for hire who has been writing articles for years, rather then write them my self. I'm also a terrible writer. I have a specific amount of money I can spend. If you wouldn't mind also recommending me some warriors who can write quality reviews/articles

I was thinking method 2, because I was going to choose a competitive niche. I know I won't top the search engines, and that doesn't concern me. With the money I spent on domain, template, and review articles. I could double the amount of articles to article directories. Rather link straight to the product. Or I could buy a domain name and just put a redirect script.
