1000 unique visitors per day to my blog

The most important question to ask now is, how much money did you make from those 1000 visits?

If my sites are getting traffic there better be some conversions happening somewhere. If not I have to stop the presses and find out why, especially after 1000 visits in one day.

Ya so far I think I'm not authorised to share my income here in WF. It's good and you're right it depends on ctr. CTR depends on the niche and niche depends on google adwords

Why do you choose to drive these 1000 visitors a day to a site that you don't own? Sure, it may be your account, but you don't own Blogger. They have 100% control over your business. They can delete your blog at any time without any notice.

Why wouldn't you get your own domain and drive the traffic there? You are working so hard to drive traffic to a site that you have very little control over. You don't even have anything to liquidate if you ever wanted to sell.

Do yourself a favor and start blogging from a website that you own and have full control over. You will thank yourself in the end for doing so.

What kind of 'social marketing' do you do? Like facebook, twitter . etc etc?

1,000 unique visitors in one day is an excellent achievement. Many congratulations!

The highest traffic count I've had so far was 143. Actually there was one day where it spiked at over 400 but that was because of a video post that GVO directed their users to that helped resolve a Wordpress issue.

1000 visitors mean good traffic and as somebody says that you shuold think about your own hosting and domain instead of blogger account

You also may want to think about throwing in an online press release or two. I write press releases for clients all the time and depending on the keywords, etc. they can bring in a nice bump in traffic.

But if that 1000 visitors are to your blog that's in your signature, I will say its a waste of time. Your blogspot blog is not worth the 1000 visitors per day!!

Pls install Google analytics and see the bounce rate. I'm sure it will be more than 50%..

E. Brian Rose is a Genius and just made a very good point. March 9 this year, My money spinning blog was closed by blogger, It was a big blow to me and almost got me depressed. I bounced back very fast, now I have 3 wordpress sites I'm managing, I enjoy wordpress plugins, tutorials and flexibility But I never forgot the Lesson I learnt.

Pls Pls Pls go get a custom domain! you can still run it with your blogger blog but you'll be happy u did.

I agree. I lost 4 blogger blogs because they got infected by malware, because my pc got racked but nobody helped me get them back. They were excellent blogs, which appeared in the first pages for their main keywords. Now I only have one blogger for a few articles and traffic but my main blog is in my own domain and it is Wordpress. Follow this advice because you never know what could happen in the future. Many people are lucky with Blogger, but there are also many sad cases.

Nice work Jayzee you show the power of consistent working and basic techniques. The only part that bothers me is that you build this on somebody else his domain.

I would recommend you to get your own domain and start building a list.

OP, as you can see Brian, IM Dude and others are giving you golden advice mate.

So here's me echoing them. Get that site off blogger and onto your own domain with the quickness. Not only will it save you potential hassles in case of deletion (the blogger spam filter is a notorious and epic fail), if it's a new site you can avoid having to transfer later down the road, when it will be a serious pain in the a$$ to retain your page rank, backlinks, comments via redirects.

Basically what I'm saying is that just moving this site to your own domain risks serious casualties and could lose much of what you're working hard towards achieving, so it's best to do it now while the site is new.

Really bro, get your own domain and find a tutorial to help you transfer this site from blogger to wordpress. (Here's a good tutorial) 1000 unique(s) is very healthy traffic. Utilize it properly.

BTW if you want to know how much hassle it is to move of blogger to your own property, read the comments from that tutorial I just linked. Some people with 8+ year old blogger blogs lost their number 1 positions, went from PR 5 to PR0, lost subscribers, and ALL comments. So please dude, for your own good, do it now.

yes, nice one, that's an achievement, if you can convert just 2% of it that's 20 sales per day, not bad if a product pays $30 that's $600 in your pocket every day, which equals to $18000 per month, you're into the 6 figures, hopefully anyway :-)

Great to hear about the traffic. Everyone is right about blogspot though. Not a sound way to build a business. It "could" crumble tomorrow when big G gets cranky.

I did laugh at the FULL SAIL advertisement that Adsense was displaying when your page loaded. I bet the education I've received here has been far more beneficial than that $40,000 degree would be.
