Just curious if anyone has some good contact info for ebay.

I've got a small negative balance in my ebay account for the past 2-3 years that I've attempted to get refunded back to paypal.

I've been on their stupid 'chat' window 3 times which has been completely useless. These people are obviously multi-tasking and it takes 45 minutes to conclude a 5 minute conversation.

So far I've gotten every excuse in the book from these jokers. The amount they owe me is small enough that I'd probably just walk away, but now I'm pissed, and it's the principal of the thing...

    I totally agree with you. In my experience eBay are poor at customer relations. I've spent many hours trying to get my point across them. They are a massive company who have to deal with thousands of questions a day but this shouldn’t be problem for them really should it - employ more people!

    Incidentally i owed eBay a very small amount a few months ago and boy do they kick up a fuss.
