Hey all,

I just have a quick question about WSO's. I know you can't bump a thread until you reach page 2 but what if you have to answer someone's question? What if you want to thank someone for a sale? Do you still have to wait for the thread to reach page 3 until you do this?

    Nope.

    Replies in the WSO section do not bump the thread the way they do in the discussion sections. You can answer and thank people as much as you feel is necessary.

    Actually, you can bump only when it's on page 3! (in the rules "off page 2...").

    And the WSO section works differently then the main forum: posting a new post, be it you or a customer, will NOT bring the thread to the top of that section.
