I have started builiding a list a while ago but never really did any follow up emails. I want to start sending messages so that the people who are already in get the emails in order...is this possible? I want to set it up so that new subscribers get the messages every second or third day. I hope this makes sense!

That's the bread and butter of autoresponders, schedule a sequence of messages, for example each subscriber receives the same message 25 days after they first signed up, but not necessarily on the same calendar date.

So this list is already on Aweber? transferring emails into your account might involve Aweber validating the addresses with opt in requests.

Not maybe, it will require them to confirm their opt-in. You can't just add people to a list at Aweber without their confirmation (when adding them manually). It would soon be overrun by spammers if they allowed that.

To the OP, look on the Aweber site for all kinds of tutorials to walk you through setting up your follow-ups and broadcasts. It's not difficult at all and they're very helpful. Call them if you run into any trouble. They're always nice and patient.
