Releasing a RAPBank Product, What else required(Sales page, aff' page, banners, ebook...what else?)

Rap Bank + RAP users, this one is for you....

Im releasing an ebook for RAP bank, Just making a checklist of everything I need created, by designers +webmasters,so i can be a bit more organised.

Domain, (I have)
Rap-Bank (i have)
Sales page
Ebook
Ebook Graphics
Affiliate page
Affiliate tools (banners, headlines etc)
- what else? (please add to the list)

Is there anything I have missed?- which I need to create before I release the ebook on RAP bank?

    That's about it! Everything else is just technical like testing your conversions and split-testing sales page, etc. I would reckon the make or break to your product would be your ability to get affiliates on board to promote aggressively for you.

        I choose products with banners. If I see something I like, the first thing I look for is banners to use. I'll build a website around that product and then advertise it with banner ads. No banners = skip.

    One GLARING omission:

    A way to successfully deal with after sales support. Regardless of whether or not you have a refund policy, you need to set up a help desk:

    It's free, ten times better than just email (be sure to plaster your help desk location on your website, probably in your sales page, follow up email, inside your ebook, etc.), and it can make a huge difference in how successful you are.

    Make sure you have steady customer service hours that don't change. Have a policy in place to make sure you answer tickets with XX amount of time. And make sure your customers know it.
