Recommendations for online reminders/calendar?

Hi all.... I don't use Outlook or I would just use that calendar system (I use Windows Mail). Is there another option when it comes to scheduling things and having reminders sent to me? I would love a system where it either pops up on screen or, even better, sends me an email to remind me of appointments, etc. Ideas?

That might not be a bad idea for a project of your own to create?

Yeah I use Google Calendar a lot too... It's been my baby since I first started using Gmail.

I just wanted to also show you this REALLY COOL program called Tungle.me that helps TREMENDOUSLY for scheduling appointments with clients or whatever... You can sync it with your Google Calendar...

Long story short, it basically acts like a personal assistant and lets your clients schedule a time that you are free. Hard to explain... I suggest you check it out.

I am using "Say The Time" software. It's working great for me. You can set as many reminders, it pops up on screen whenever time came and also have many options like snooze etc.

I have a quick question about Google Calendar:

Is it only accessible when you're logged into your Gmail account, or does it send you reminders when you're online but not logged in? (Or offline, even?)

    Thanks!

It absolutely does send reminders when you're offline, or not logged in. That is it sends you an email reminder for events.
