What should I do with this domain typo?

So I was playing around with domain names today, mainly typo domains of popular sites. On one of them, I added an extra letter and found this on Google Adwords Traffic Estimator as far as the stats go...

-Not showing any global monthly searches with the .com
-But the main URL name typo gets nearly 61,000 global monthly searches!

Needless to say, I snatched it up for less than $10.

What is better to do...park the domain with some sort of related CPA offer, a parking page, or should I do something else?

I'm assuming with that many searches, there is bound to be several people who will type in the typo with the .com directly.

Is the name a trademark? Would profiting on that name be contingent upon the value of the trademarked name?

If so, I'd drop it like a hot potato. Actually, I wouldn't have registered it in the first place, but you're past that point now.

Yes, because it is simply a typo with an extra letter. So I should just do nothing with it then?

Well, it depends upon how much you like tangling with lawyers.

I don't. Don't they simply ask you to give up the domain first though?

Usually, but I think they could also jump straight to a lawsuit.

The only way to know for certain whether you're likely to end up getting into trouble with your domain is to speak with a lawyer, which I am not. But, from what you've described, it seems to me that you're likely to end up with problems.

If it is a trademark name then yea drop it or get a refund...If its a generic name then what ever the REAL domain sells upon it sell the same or give info in it. Many people do weel on good typos but again if trademarked then just forget it....BTW do not park it if traffic is more then 50-100 a day.
