Which way do I go? IM advice

I'll be brief here. If you are uncertain of a direction then you should do a bit of research on a good course being offered. Use this forum to find out which course would work for you. Basically you need a reputable mentor who has successfully helped out others get their IM careers off the ground.

It's great that you are writing your own ebook on the knowledge that you know of. I do think that a few people would buy your product, because not many people would be interested in it. Even if they had the slightest bit of interest, they would lose it the second they found out that they would have to learn about it.

You would be better off learning information and re writing it back into an ebook, then marketing it to a demanding audience.

You can start working at home full time, and earning income. You just need to find out what works best for you, and continue to improve on it.

If you are here asking other members "which way to go" in regards to your internet marketing, why are you trying to sell "make money" ebooks.

I think the only "way to go" is a completely different direction.

One thing that is so great about internet marketing is that there are many ways to go about it

To Sum it here are the 2 most popular ways to make money online

Create a site and sell your own products or sell someone else's

Of course by selling your own product you are making 100% of the money made and by selling/promoting someone else's product you are earning a percentage of each sale made.

People now have made a living doing either or both of these things together.

But the real way to make it really big online IMHO, no matter which one you choose to do, is by capturing the traffic that comes to your site in the form of an email aka List building and then Email Marketing to that list.

This is generally done by offering the people that come to your site something for free (like an ebook ) in exchange for there email. The way list building is set up is they enter there name & email (usually) and double opt-in to your list and after that, an email is sent that will take them to a download page that gives them there free item.

*note: before people are sent to the download page they are usually offered whats called an OTO or One Time Offer where you can market them a paid product (this paid product should be related to your free product)

Once you have there email you are free to send them emails. These emails can be for an affiliate product related to your website or telling them about your website to get them to return to it and possibly make even more sales.

Pretty much. you now would have a list that you could repeatedly market too. Now imagine if you made another free offer to give and it had an upsell to a paid product. This saves you the trouble of going out and finding these people again!

I cud keep going about how to get the most out of this list and start seeing the real money but id hate to ramble

In Conclusion: my suggestion to you Benjo is to 1st do your research on your Plr e-books that you have. check to see if there is actually a market that is looking for what your e-books talk about. (the worst thing you could do is to waste energy creating somethings nobody wants) and once you figure out if there is actually a market for your potential product, Before you just stick it on a website and think people will love it ADD EVEN MORE VALUE TO IT!
you can do this by going back into the e-book and adding in some more information and making it more value by adding in a little bit of you in it.

"Good contents Gets Around" Thats my belief

PS. If you dont have a paid product to offer once they opt in you can always redirect that traffic to an affiliate product that does relate to your free product untill you have made your own paid product to promote (that way you are still monitizing that traffic)

Learn IM first by marketing to a hungry market and then write your own e-book after you know how to make money at IM. If I could go back 2 years this would have been the advice I would have drilled into my younger self.

No "standards" that I'm aware of. You'll see eBooks from $5 to $47 and considerably more.
The basics... comes down to:
* Potential demand for the product
* How competitive the niche is
* Value of the information in the book
* How professional your site looks (great graphics, etc.)
* How good your sales copy is (and whether you offer a money back guarantee)

Consider paying your affiliates 60% (we do) and be willing to do special promotions for other marketers with good lists.

Go research what your competitors are charging/supplying and decide on the price of yours from there.
