Has anybody else's sales actually SLOWED DOWN in the last few weeks?

My sales have dropped to a sad level

I haven't done any major changes to my site, and it was doing very well last month.

Could certain businesses actually slow down during this season?

    My sales usually increase during December, this year has been no different.

    I suppose it depends what market you are in, I sell "how to" information as a product owner, and as an affiliate.

    My sales are better than ever.

    Marketing is a year-round effort, and December doesn't HAVE to create low sales. Just keep in mind that ebbs and flows naturally occur in any business effort.

      That's the unfortunate thing about putting all your eggs in one basket. If you only have 1 site then depending on the niche there's a good chance your sales will slow down at different times of the year.

      For me sales have increased this month in some niches, but decreased in others. Overall my sales are going to be pretty much the same as last month.

    My sites sales patterns change all the time throughout the year. I have sites that do well in the summber but useless in winter and i have sites that are exactly the opposite.

    The only way to get around the dry seasons is variation.

      Typically some of my consumer niches will slump beginning around November, but will often spike towards the end of December. Business and professional niches have their own patterns as well. You just have to learn to project for it. If your sales have been in a downward spiral for more than a few months, then I'd say you have another problem.

      Nobody's business goes the same speed throughout the year, so if this is normally a slow time then it shouldn't be a huge surprise.

      But for me, I'm mostly e-commerce so I've been peaking the last 3 weeks.
