Is it possible to sell products on Clickbank without making it available in the marketplace for affiliates to promote?

    yes... only your main site/product shows up... so if you have more than one product it can be hidden

    also i think if you did not make a minimum sale number your product will not be in market place

    Yes. There are plenty of products on Clickbank without a marketplace listing (because you get only one marketplace listing per account, but can have up to 500 products within an account). Though this doesn't actually answer all your question, really.

    However, you can prevent people from becoming affiliates without your permission, and just not give your permission (I can't remember the details of how to do it, now, but it is definitely possible).

    Why anyone would want to pay about 9% transaction charges without needing the benefit of the affiliate/payment structure is another matter ... :confused:
