In a firm/organization which people(positions,managers) need complete information of customers?
For example marketing managers....but who else need it ?

      I assume from this you mean who needs all the information about a new customer? Well I guess whoever is going to be providing them with some kind of service or product.

      Its pretty important to understand your target market I.e your customers. I agree with King.
