Hi I need some help, can anyone help me out or put me onto someone who can help me with tech support.

I am trying to change my hoplinks with a redirect. I have made a file and changed it to index.php with my hoplink inserted into the code. I then transfer it over to another file I have renamed and created in my public html file. it comes up with this error:

parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':' in /home/ellat/public_html/my product name/index.php on line 2

I have previously done these redirects a while ago and had no trouble. Now something is wrong and I cant work out what it is. my code in my index.php is correct.
