what are your plans to grow and exapand in 2011?

i just thought i'd get some thoughts from other succesful, intermediate, and beggining warriors to see what your guys/gals plans on expanding your online empire are in 2011.

i currently offer a few services both here on the WF and on my main services site. between the handful of offline clients and the clients i pick up here, they keep me moderatley busy. one main thing i can do to expand my online operation is to jump my sites' ranks up for keywords pertaining to what i sell. i dont have all the time in the world to do this, but i am working on it gradually. i currently bounce between top 15 and top 10 for the main word i'm targeting. i plan on making a bigger push with that, and plan on breaking solid into the top 10 in the next two months, with of course the ultimate goal being hitting the number one spot. as far as the seo keyword is concerned i believe people are more apt to view the number one spot as the authority and best company to use; since obviously, if they rank number one, they know their stuff.

i plan on spening more time on WF making contributions and learning whatever i can about my tasks and how to expand and work well. there is a wealth of info here for those that care to take the time to read it. i have found warriors to be exceedingly helpful when i get stuck on something or just to read their thoughts on topics. sometimes they present me with things that i didn't even consider before, that end up helping me a lot.

i plan on making more of a local push here in my own town; approaching business owners where i see an opportunity. when i have time of course. i am starting to get referalls on seo work which is nice. hopefully the effect compounds this year, as i expect it to. the less time i can spend seeking out new customers and more time fulfilling orders the better. i have found seo clients to be very loyal. you get them results, and they tend to stick with you over time. There is the case that there is 900 and 55 billion different seo companies out there, so i try to provide outstanding customer service and produce the best results and value for my clients.

my ultimate goal is to quit working my part time job this year and survive solely on my seo clients. i currently have 5 clients that have retained me monthly who are satisfied, with a number of different referals starting to contact me to learn more. alas, i am not the best salesman, so i try to take the direct approach with these individuals when i contact them. it seems to work best, rather than being too "salesey".

i'm curious to hear what other warriors plan to do to expand their operations this year. feel free to leave your thoughts.

Well, I plan to keep my customers for my own product and improve the quality of the product. By the way I own around 100 domains, so I need to complete all those money sites and bring traffic from Search engines and paid traffic. Then I can scale the revenue from CPA and Adsense.
I also plan to involve with share market and forex. Most probably i will learn how to deal with share market in 2011. My target is getting $3000-5000/month in 2011.

    Thanks

Honestly, I have none. I'm content with my business the way it is and have
no desire to give myself anymore extra work.

      Life is good.

2 big shifts in 2011 for me:

    - all my IM-teaching will be focused on offline clients. Remember about 10 years ago when people were charging $4000 for a simple website? Same thing with local SEO right now. Nobody (locally) knows how to do it, so you provide massive value by helping local businesses get new leads and clients.

    - all my "actually doing" IM will be focused on continuity programs. Yes, I know, I should've done that a long time ago, but hey. In particular I'll be looking at niches where all of the competitors are trying to underprice each other when selling physical goods, I'll go in and give away the physical good for free and enrol people in a continuity program as a "thank-you" just for taking the free thing off me. Yes, I'll "lose" a few bucks on the front-end by giving away the "thing" for free, but with a bit of testing and tweaking I'll make up for it a gazillion times over with the continuity-backend. And of course, because you're doing something totally different from everybody else, it's perfect PR-fodder;-) And yes, I've got a few niches where I'll do this and no, I'm not going to tell you what they are;-)

    all the best in 2011

I plan to focus heavily on listbuilding. Its one area that deserves a lot more of my attention. My goal is to have a list of at least 5000 targeted subscribers by this time next year.

Hey Matt, great to hear that!

I'm venturing into the offline world as well.

While my online stuff is going to run as usual, but I will put much more time into getting offline clients.

But I'm not solely providing 1 type of service to any local businesses, instead, I custom create what I see fit, to their business.

For example, I've got a friend who happens to own a local retail business, and he asked me to build a website for him.

After talking within for quite some time, I realized that what he needs is not a website, it's the way he retain his customers!

So I quickly suggest him to fill up that "hole" first! He was of course amazed with that!

And then, all the other things that I wanted to market to him, became easier, because I truly shows that I'm concerned about his business, and truly wanting to help him with his business, and I'm not just wanting to sell him the service that I do.

    That's what I'm venturing into.

Well, keep in touch Matt, I still need your FB Fans service some day, some where

My plans are to refine my plan and systems until there is absolutely no waste. Then repeat repeat repeat! After I've crafted a system that works well for me, I'll begin outsourcing most of the work and find other niches to dive into.
