Hello,

I am new here and also new to internet marketing. I am ready to launch my product and could use some tips and tricks to drive mass traffic to my site.

New strategies or techniques that you guys can share with me will be appreciated.

Hi Jay,

The fastest way to get traffic, Pay for it. PPC. Find a really good book on Pay Per Click advertising, I think I have one somewhere... I'll have a look and if I find it, I'll send you a PM.

  I like the video. That's nicely done.
  
  As someone in the same niche, I'd tread carefully with PPC (with AdWords anyway). The prices are outrageous for the high traffic keywords, and your campaign can make you go bankrupt really quickly.
  
  Magic Mel just outlined the strategy to be successful. Don't over-complicate it. Focus on getting an army of affiliates to work for you.

  u can start off with some press release to drive traffic to your site and sign up at clickbank and list your product there.
  
  offer 75% commission to attract some affiliate members to market your product...(this is to test how your sales page convert)
  
  and set a WSO in this forum to find JV partners and get testimonials too.
  
  You need social proof and again your product must be solid and worth reviewing.

I have one word for you: AFFILIATES!

Create a nice minisite, offer nice conversions, offer a killer commission structure, offer nice creatives (affiliate tools) and announce your product and let the affiliates promote you 24 hours a day, beats any other type of advertising. You can of course use PPC, but starting your marketing campaigns with ppc has a very long learning curve.

You could upload your product videos on YouTube and other video sharing web sites.
You should start affiliate program and recruit as many affiliates as possible.
