need some critique on my cb product

Need some critique on my cb product pitch page, be absolutely brutal if necessary!

If you were a novice webmaster...
How did this offer make you feel?
What were some concerns/insecurities?
Did the price surprise you?
What specific visual aspects of the site turned you on/off?

Appreciate any comments/advice whatsoever...

BTW - I ran this ad on a the website: http://www.apaddedcell.com (you can see it on the right hand side; 10gb reseller package) to test the conversion rate, and had 1,293 impressions, 54 clicks and 1 sale.

From my understanding this is a good conversion rate for a $50 product, correct?

Do you mean have it in the format:

    Dear Reader,

    XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

and have more highlights and stuff?

The reason that I didn't do this is because of the fact that I've always views sites like those to be spammy, but I could be wrong.

Yes, you can sell from blog, and many people don't like spammy sales letter. In the present case, your site looks good but I think you'll need to put some work in the sales letter as at present it lacks a bit of attention grabbing elements in it. It looks sort of monotonous to me. Otherwise the site is ok overall with regards to design wise, and simplicity.

I agree, the site itself looks good. I dont really get a 'blog' feel from it though it has a similar layout. There's nothing wrong with that. The offer has a lot of great features that while people will like/want them they may not go all the way down to the bottom of the page to find out that you have something that they want.

Maybe real close to that first big image at the top of the page, you should have a listing of everything included in bullited columns that when clicked go to the corresponding explanation down the page, so people can see right up front, for just THIS amount you get all THIS. It sounds like a good package for any webmaster, they just need to find out how great of a deal it is before they get bored and surf on out.

What about splitting the offer up so that there are bonuses that can be thrown in to add to the prospective worth to customers to sort of make people think they are getting a massive upsale for your LOW LOW price, when they are really getting what they would have gotten anyway.

I think your site is built on Joomla, right?
I recommend that you keep Joomla for informative/community site.
A sensitive thing such as a sales page is best done with plain ol' html.
Although, your cover, letter, testimonials are all great, I'm not feeling the vibe...

I agree with you. It needs something in the beginning that gives people, straight up, what they are getting...something like a table. I will work on implementing this soon, thanks for the idea!!

It's build with joomla (im a wiz at joomla), I don't think I could push myself to go back to plain old HTML..it's just so limitd now. Plus I can expand my brand better and give better credibility to my products with an actual site (or appearence of one), instead of just a sales page. That's just my logic.
