            If you want good partners, you are going to have to get rid of your "chat stylze" or whatever you called it.

            If you want good partners, you have to treat this like a business. The people on this forum do not treat IM as a "game" or "fun time at the park". This is how they earn a living. And to have good partners, they should either be earning a living with IM, or very close to it.

            You can't "walk" into this forum expecting that people are going to feed you information if you are not going to act properly.

            Apparently. But the rest of us were thinking it, anyway.

            With no hostility or antipathy intended, Amitdante, I think that if you're expecting professional people to spend their time assisting you voluntarily, it's not unreasonable to appear at least to make a modicum of effort to make yourself understood, when you're clearly able to. Otherwise it looks like you're just not trying, which doesn't give the people whose "serious help" you're asking for the greatest of incentives to respond, you know? :confused:

          Internet Marketing people are in the communication business. Excellent communication skills are required to make money. That's why we react against the "chat style" with all its quixotic phrases and misspellings.

          I think your style also betrays the fact that you are asking big questions without researching this site. You'll find great answers to your questions here. If you would have looked at the dialogue that goes on here, you would have noticed people are not using the "chat style" to ask questions or share ideas.

      It would help if you told us exactly what you are trying to do. If you have no idea what you are doing, I would recommend either searching Google or using the search function at the top of this forum.

      Here is the basic outline of a strategy:
      1. Find a niche
      2. Buy a website
      3. Create a free report to give away and build a list
      4. Promote products to your list and on your website
      5. Make bank

        I think they might have been referring to sub forums.

        There is no official "Welcome Newbie here is the answer" because honestly not everyone coming to this site is a newbie and everyone has such different plans in their business.

        We have been trying to help you!

        You will be best off taking some time to read and learn a bit. Use the search function. And use google to search too.

        All the answers you seek are there - but you need to figure out what the question really is.

        I have to agree here.

        I'm not criticising you if you were unfortunate not to have learned how to write properly. I have a friend who can't read or write. Having said that the way you do write is indicative of someone who can write but has been sucked in by all the "shorten words and make knew ones up crap" I see people use in text messages. So assuming you can write properly, my first piece of advice would be to do just that. If you want a professional response post a professional question.

        You've been advised to read Paul Myers free "need to know" book. This was good advice, have you done this? I ask because you didn't seem to respond to those that gave you that advice.

        Regarding getting a domain and hosting, that isn't such a bad idea. As a technophobe myself I've just done this on the advice of Paul himself. He said to consider it my "sandbox" to play in and if I mess it up, who cares? I would not however advise just getting a site and thinking you'll make money from it before you understand how internet marketing works and why creating your site is most certainly not the first step. You need to learn the basics and you need to do this yourself.

        The War Room is $37. It's got a lot of good/excellent information and is a whole lot less than a lot of other stuff you may feel inclined to buy. Don't dismiss the advice you've been given here.

        As I said, you'll get a much better response if you act like someone that wants to create a business rather than someone trying to seek the magic bullet.

          Dude - this isn't a chat room or text or twitter. If you want to be taken seriously, don't act like a spoiled brat.

          Start reading in the main section - and learn to use the search function to find threads on getting started, what to do when you are desperate, how to find a niche, how to find keywords, etc.

          Learn....Do....Earn - that's how it works.

    I have spent a lot of money on how to get started and gone to seminars. The best one I found is free: by Eric Holmlund at http://www.ericstips.com. The first thing he tells you is to put your wallet away until you know what you're doing. He gives numbered lessons in his blog that I suggest you start one day at a time. You will know if internet marketing is for you and if it is, he gives you step by step tutorial.

      That is an excellent idea.

      Your English is far, far better than my grasp of your native tongue. That said, discussions here are in English, and if they're not comprehensible to a majority of average readers of the language, the posts will be deleted.

      Exactly as I would expect to happen to mine if I tried posting what amounts to gibberish in Hindi or Spanish or Swahili on a board using one of those languages.
