    First, I will warn you there are plenty of bad scripts out there. I've been in the business (PHP scripts) for may years. I would recommend looking at places like Hotscripts and Flippa. You might also consider find a programmer on Odesk to help you write your own. Then of course there are many popular platforms like Wordpress, Joomla, phpLD, Drupal, Photopost, etc. You can look through some of these and find a platform that you like.
