Looking to hire Forum Moderator

Hello,

First off, I'm brand new to this site - but I'm overwhelmed with the amount of great posts, articles and tips.

2nd - we run 3 sites - and we have just now setup forums for each. One of the forums is live, the other 2 will be on Tuesday.

We really would like to hire someone that knows how to grow and moderate a forum. We're committed to our sites, we have a nice growing traffic base for each site, and we feel a forum is a great natural next step for content and keeping our users on the site.

One site is finance/venture capital oriented, one covers the daily deal industry, and the other is in fashion/modeling.

If someone is interested, or you have some advice for me, please let me know!

      Tina, daily deal sites are similar to websites like woot, where they have a different product everyday solely for the promotion of that product only.

      Here is a good example of one that aggregates all of the individual sites on the net.

    The daily deal industry is sites like groupon.com, livingsocial.com - and hundreds of others who offer their subscribers one deal each day for a particular city or metro area.

    I'm looking for someone that has started and grown a forum and can help us moderate signups, users, and hopefully help grow the forums by getting the word out, links, etc.

    As far as compensation - it would depend on experience, what they have done in the past, success examples, and how much time they would dedicate towards it.

    I'm also open to suggestions - as I mentioned - I'm completely new to this ;(
