How much web hosting storage do you need?

Hey Everyone,

Just a quick question...

In terms of you web hosting space. Do you use more than 1GB? 2GB?

How much disk space do you reckon you use a month?

    Those unlimited hosting accounts can be profitable since the average user has maybe 10 mb making up a simple site. Unless you are provide a video or image sharing service, space is probably not a big issue. The monthly usage you mentioned is probably in reference to bandwidth, not storage space, this can start to add up in a high traffic site.
    You can roughly estimate the number of loads of a page the allocated bandwidth will accommodate. Just hope your not on an 'unlimited' shared server with some warez site getting huge downloads, bogging down the system. They usually find reasons to upgrade or terminate accounts actually testing the unlimited bandwidth.
