Question For Info Product Creators?

I am gonna be coming out with my first info product in the next couple of weeks my question to you seasoned product creators is this.

I will try to explain the best I can when making videos is there a software program preferably free where I can go to various websites and explain in detail how to do this? How to do that etc...? Without the screen moving like if you were recording from a video camera? I want the screen to stay perfectly still so it looks very professional and is not annoying to my customers.

Anyone help me out here? You guys familar with a program that can accomplish this? Thanks in advance.

Buy a Mac and get Screenflow. It's not free but it is awesome.

No, his advice is to go out and buy a Mac.

Because the OP's desire to get a free solution to his problem is clearly not as important as the underlying defect that he is not using a Mac.

Because if you are not a Mac user, you are defective, and it is the Mac community's job to fix you.

Identifying other communities like this, and drawing the resulting psychological and intellectual parallels, is left as an exercise for the reader.

You're just upset because we gave up on trying to fix you.

Not very clear from your OP, but it seems what you're looking for is a screen recording softare.

Camtasia is the most popular (and expensive) with it's advanced features.

Camstudio is free, lower quality output but does the trick to get started.

Ashampoo Snap offers screen-capture and screen recording as well.

    There you go, have fun

    Alex.

OP, I assume you have a PC:

    +1 for Camtasia or CamStudio.

Camtasia is polished. It is $299 if I recall correctly. CamStudio is free.

    Good luck!

PC - Camtasia (Google Free screen recorders + camtasia as i think they have an older version that is free? Version 3 I think.)

JING by the makers of camtasia allows you to do short (5min videos) for free and post to youtube.

    Mac -Screenflow

Camtasia is awesome, but you will need to pay for it after 30 days. It is expensive, but worth the money you will pay for it.

Camstudio is always free, but I found it annoying. With Camstudio, I would record the whole process, and by the end of the video, I realized my audio instruction was 30 seconds out-of-sync with the video display.

If you use firefox as your browser, install an addon called "captureFox".

I have found this to be very useful.
