1. Train Your workers: Before I started working with Jay I had no idea about affiliate Marketing.. He not only trained me on the basic things... but purchased some of the most expensive course being released in the Market for me.. including List control, Product launch formula 3.0, Affiliate marketing 2.0 and most recently Insiders'HQ.
Not only now I can fully understand his expectations... I sometimes create new ideas and bring it to the table.
2.We have Real Feelings. Some of you quit your job because you were receiving unfair treatment but you turn around and treat your outsourcers worst than you would have want to be treated. Just show that you care, We get sick too, we have families and relationship issues just like you do... The fact that we are working virtually doesnt mean we're virtual.
3. Hire People who believe in what you believe: I can careless about how much I get paid every 2 weeks. Since I was working with Jay for quite some time I end up believing in abundance and have the power to create my own life, so I strive everyday to be better at what I do.
4. Outsourcers Need Vacation too. Even when we work behind a computer just like you.. We still take it as real work. We feel happy when You send us an email.. (Hey, Thank you for your tremendous help. As a Thank you, you can take this week off, Go ahead and enjoy it with your friends and family
Treat your Workers right.. you will see a spike on your income this upcoming year..
