NEED EXPERT ADVICE! Heard of buying/selling on BEST KEYWORDS to cash in?

Have you ever heard of people selling/buying keywords?

Like a certain search phrase or term that commands high searches monthly (MORE THAN 50,000), and VERY LOW COMPETITION (LESS THAN 1000).

Or have you personally sold or bought keywords? And for how much?

See i've found these few keywords that suit the aforementioned criteria. Yes it's a long-tail and the search phrase is evergreen AND definitely have a buyers' intent.

I got an offer from a respectable internet marketer for $10,000 for it, plus i have to sign an agreement which states that i'm not allowed to venture into that niche and not supposed to sell it/disclose it thereafter.

I'm wondering if it would be worthwhile to sell it to him because i were to cash in on it myself, i'm not so sure about whether i'll be good enough for it. I specialise in product creation and am DARN bad at affiliate marketing.

Please imput your two cents and i deeply appreciate it. Will keep you updated on my decision but love to get advice first. Thank you for reading!

    Never heard of it. People seem to usually look for their own keywords. I don't see any point of "Buying" a keyword off someone. If someone else finds that word they can use it too.
