Wordpress Plugins That Really Matter...

Hey Guys! Here's a list of my must have plugins for my blog. Check them out. Here are just some of the plugins I use on the daily. Do you guys have any suggestion that can be added to this list? Let me know...

1. Stop Comment And Trackback Spam With Akismet

Akismet checks your comments against the akismet web service to see if they look like spam or not. This plugin is a must have for ANY wordpress blog. I hate spammers! They have nothing else better to do but bother nice people such as myself. Spammers are no more thanks to this wonderful plugin. Click Here To Learn More

2. Get More Traffic With Google XML Sitemaps

Google XML Sitemaps plugin will generate a special XML sitemap which will help search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing and Ask.com to better index your blog. With this plugin, my pages and blog posts were indexed faster than submitting them manually. This plugin does everything for you so you don't have to worry about the technical stuff. This will definitely boost your traffic. Click Here To Learn More

3. Extreme Speed With WP Super Cache

WP Super Cache gives your blog a boost in speed. I thought my blog was loading pretty fast but after installing this plugin I can see a big difference in loading times right away. The faster your website loads the better you'll be ranked on the search engines. Also it keeps people happy when you blog loads fast. Click Here To Learn More

4. Show Some Love With CommentLuv

CommentLuv plugin shows a link to the last post from the commenters blog by parsing the feed at their given URL when they leave a comment. This is good for someone trying to build up their backlinks and it encourages readers to leave you comments. So yes I would definitely encourage everyone to leave me some comments since my comments are dofollow, but please no spam! I don't mind sharing the love, it's a win win situation for the both of us. I want comments on my blog post or pages and you want backlinks. That sounds like a great deal right. Now everyone is happy =) Click Here To Learn More

5. Backup Your Hardwork With WordPress Backup

WordPress Backup saves your upload directory (images), current theme directory, and plugins directory to a zip file. That zip file is sent to your email. You never know something might happen, servers might crash, your files disappear for some reason, etc. So this plugin is a must have for sure, better safe than sorry. It would really suck for you to lose all your hard work in a blink of an eye when knowing that you could've done something about it. Install this plugin as soon as possible. Click Here To Learn More

6. Keep Your Blog Post Alive And Well With Linkwithin

LinkWithin is just like the related post plugin. This is great for keeping your old post alive and well. It keeps the energy flowing throughout your blog. You can have 3 up to 5 stories showing with an image above the link. The image will only show if you have an image within that blog post. You see how powerful that is, rather than just boring links. This will make your reader more likely to click on those link. Click Here To Learn More

7. Keep Track Of Your Post And Pages With Ultimate Google Analytics

Ultimate Google Analytics is another must have plugin for any WordPress blog. Just install this plugin and it automatically tracks every single pages, blog post, and more. 1. as shiloh said - seo...regardless of whether it is
all in one seo, platinum seo, etc.

    2. broken link checker - crucial if you get many comments...

a lot of the people leaving comments will eventually shut down their sites (statistically) - and google will slap you for the broken outgoing links - so it is a must.

    3. excerpt editor or post teaser - to automatically create excerpts for you archive, category and tag pages - and minimize duplicate content.

Wow! This one is amazing. I do have a search box but it's at the bottom. I might have to move it up because of this plugin. I definitely want to know what people are searching for. That would make it easier for me to write the blog post.

      Thanks for sharing this one!

I use MaxBlogPress's. It does the same thing, I guess. Neat stuff! Thanks.

I will add another paid plugins that I am having right now, but due to my theme's incompatible with the plugin, the author has helped me to take a look into it at the moment.

Here you go, the best thing I love about this, was the slide up opt-in form and the COMMENT AREA's opt-in form!

Thanks for sharing that plugin guys! I haven't used in a while that's why it didn't cross my mind right away
