How can I load money to payoneer account before it gets activated?
I ordered the payoneer card through oDesk two months ago but due to the problem of our country's postal service, I haven't received it yet. And now I have to get the card sent to me via DHL and have to have $ 77 in my account before it can be sent to me via DHL. But as my account hasn't been
activated I am confused how I am going to load (deposit) that amount of money. Can some one else load it for me with a Visa or Mastercard or from other partner sites like getafreelancer?
