encrypted paypal button help

Hello there,

I'm looking for some assistance please.

Over the weekend I've endeavoured to create some encrypted paypal buttons using paylock generator...when i've gone to test the buttons i come up with a message stating that the seller doesn't accept encrypted payments or something like that....

If someone is able to help me fix this issue I'd be extremely grateful.

    Hi Colleen,

    This means you've got a setting in your Paypal Profile to block unencrypted sales buttons.

    Since Paylock Generator doesn't actually submit an encrypted sales button, you'll need to disable that option in your Paypal Profile (under something like web payment preferences, I think).
