Who builds and sells/ flips websites regularly? How do you do it?

I am thinking of building a wordpress site and selling it quick, but how does this whole process work and what do you use to build it wordpress, Nvu? If you have clickbank or other affiliate stuff on it how does all that transfer and how do they get access to the site after they buy it?

    If by "selling it quick" you mean you're going to build a site in a few hours and list it on Flippa the next day without the site having any traffic, revenue, or real value, then it's not gonna work.

    If you actually want site flipping to be a viable income for you, build a site and get it established before you try to sell it. Get traffic, monetize it and build a history of revenue, and then try flipping it. You're much more likely to sell an established site over a startup site especially today since so many people are trying to sell crappy startup sites.

    You may set up the site and put some content and at the same time try to build some genuine traffic.When the site has a good traffic and search engine position its the time to sell the website through flippa or others and many people do it and make a healthy amount of money.
