Wordpress 3.0 Multisite - What if I sell one of the sites?

I'm planning on creating several sites using Wordpress 3.0's Multisite feature.

If I eventually sell one of these sites, how difficult would it be to separate its content from the database? Is there a specifc way to do this?

I know in Multisite everything is contained in 1 database.

    p.s. I will be using domain mapping. Sites will look like this:

    site1.com
    site2.com
    etc.

    You will probably need an experienced db person to get the content out for you. I wish I could help but I don't know enough

    Shouldn't the Export work even if you use domain mapping?

    I mean: as Superadmin you go to the backend of the sold site > Export.
    Push the domain to the buyer, install a vanilla WP for them, Import the export file. Upload the theme + plugins. Activate them, set their options.
    Don't forget about the "uploads" which in WP3.x.x are loacted differently then in previous versions.

    There may be needed some "search and replace" fine tuning after install to make sure all the URLs/paths are correct.

      I will create a test site and and go through Istvan's steps just to make sure I'm familiar with the process before I start creating a lot of sites.
