Sollution to the number 1 newbie frustration>>
In most cases the number 1 newbie frustration is "information overload".
I would say that it would be wise to take couple of months and just learn the business, gain some technical knowledge, learn all the ways of traffic generation, and may be just browse though the internet to see what other people doing, mindset is also very important.
It realy takes a couple of months to see the big picture.
Don't start with cources which specialize only on something specific like video marketing or someting like that.
When you got all the fundamentals you then can choose what to master.
I first started when my friend sponsored me in mlm. He showed me few simple online technics to promote the opportunity which his upline tought him, but i took my time to learn the fundamentals. Now he still didn't succeed with mlm, even worse, he became the "NBT" (the next big thing) victim. And i'm now working on my own products.
But if our newbie is busy and on low budget then i suggest to start with affiliate marketing, learn one or two free technics of traffic generation and stick to it till he will be able to work less and learn more and of course implement more
