Is there a website where newbie like me can find what product sells best online.
You see i am selling guitars and other related products but no sale. Think there is no demand and searches for this niche. Of course when i do google-keyword, sometimes there could be 22,000 searches on a product but people don't really buy. May be the search is just to learn more about a guitar model and purchase it from a music store. Hope other newbies can learn from my request here.

As we stated in your other thread, there are a lot of things you need to change to your websites before you would even have a chance of selling anything. Just changing products is not going to all of a sudden give you a huge increase in sales - you need to rethink your websites before you go any further.

The first and most important is that silly popup page that appears every time you load your site - I can't believe you still have it there after we told you to get rid of it. This would be killing any chances you have of making any sales. No one is going to stick around or trust a site that pops up an ad like that as soon as they hit it.

One thing you should probably do is go find where all the guitar people hang out. They've got there own "warrior forum(s)" so to speak ... and you can bet they're talking about the guitars they want and where they get them.

Start poking around and get a feel for what's "hot" right now as well as brands, models, types & other products that seem to be talked about all the time (the classics). Get a feel for lingo & their likes/dislikes/hot-buttons as well.

You might end up finding out that they buy from a particular site quite a bit, and the site just might have an in-house affiliate program.

Guitar people can be fanatical, and if they're buying certain items from a particular site, you GOTTA get in front of them and dangle your affiliate link for that product from site in front of them. ha! Use all the info you found while researching to match your site's message to what's going on in their mind already.

I haven't seen your site but I know the problem isn't guitars not selling. I have a general music site and have sold 6 guitars this month (3 were beginners kits) without actually promoting them or the site, just added some X Factor reviews. Throughout the year I get fairly regular sales, enough for me to consider setting up a site for guitars alone.

It isn't easy to get it right when you are new, what you think looks great might impede sales. A product may have 22,000 searches but it might have a heck of a lot of competition too so you need to learn how to compete and promote your site.

Ok I've taken a look now and the first thing that I see when I get past the huge header is an adsense block that isn't displaying. I'm guessing that you are using a wordpress ad manager which won't let more than 3 adsense ads display on the same page in compliance with google rules. You need to turn them off for the home page, put adsense in the sidebar if you want it on the home page. Also I would place Google ads above and below a post not in the middle, that is when you are displaying Amazon ads, different for articles. You don't have a privacy policy, Google will close your account if you don't display one and they find out, there is some privacy policy plugins you can find through your dashboard.

I would also reduce the amount of posts on the home page and get rid of the traffic zap thing and the traffic exchange ads. You are looking for customers in the real world who would not understand why they are there. Traffic exchanges are not targeted traffic so I wouldn't expect any sales from them. I would write an introductory post with an Amazon linked picture of the most popular guitar and make the post sticky so that it is the first post that is seen by a visitor to the home page and makes it look less like an autoblog and more like a website.

Not sure which autoposter you are using but you need to sort those missing images out and the tiny print in some of the articles. With some of the autoposters you can choose not to have posts that have no images. I would also have horizontal and not vertical bookmarking links, vertical just makes the already too long page even longer.

Your blog is only a month old, that isn't long. If you spend some time sprucing it up and promoting it through article marketing, forum posting, blog commenting etc. rather than a traffic exchange you might start making sales.

Being a musician and in certain music niches myself, I can tell you that the most popular place to buy instruments and music gear online is not Amazon, it's Musicians Friend.

      Musician's Friend

And yes, they do have an affiliate program - they pay 6% on sales. Once you get your site sorted out you should sign up to their affiliate program. You could even email them and ask which guitars they are selling the most of online at that point in time. Remember, it's in their best interest for you to make as many sales as possible, so don't be afraid to ask.

Once you know that information you can do some detailed reviews on those hot selling guitars and hopefully get far better results.

But as I said, you need to get your site sorted out first or there's no point.

Patience is a must. It is not long enough, just enjoy your job and you will not notice that it is long. As long as you give attention to your items that dont have sales, it makes longer but when you dont give your attention to it, you will enjoy. It will come when you least expect it. Hope i help. Have a great day ahead

You can sell it in clickbank. The site helps a lot, especially in promoting your product. Your own efforts of marketing your product also helps a lot.

Hexor has a point too. You need patience: waiting with an optimistic approach. Enjoy while selling your product.

Hi there I am no expert within website/blog design or anything but you seem to have a lot of gaps, the thing that stands out to myself is the share options based on Facebook, Twitter, etc.. as important as they might be would it not make more sense to have them somewhere else instead of directly in the middle where the main source of information is for the viewer, also the Google Ads again seems to mess up the layout of your information and makes it look a bit untidy, as an example you have some information based on the 'sprawling pedalboard' but the layout of the paragraph itself does not sit well for my viewing, this in itself might put people off because it may come accross as you are more spam than trying to write up a good review.

If you are a newbie then you first need to know what IM (internet marketing) really is.
Go and read some stuff first.
And the market is very competitive also.
I always promote products from Clickbank because they converts best.
