Twitter marketing in IM niche is useless..

I think tons of people in internet marketing niche will not use Twitter properly anymore I think.

I think you can not get the best result (like it used to be) in here. Lots of internet marketers are using software and creating tons of profile.

So, your offer will be watched by fake profile .

What do you think about it?

Twitter is useful to me but I am a Person, not a profile.

If you tweet without ever engaging, you are a Profile. People aren't interested in bots. They might want to learn more about a person though.

RT, engage, say Thank You to every person who RTs your stuff. I have over 15,000 folllowers and respond to each RT with a TY.

From Day 1 my goal was to establish a responsive following. I learned that lesson seeing cats with 60,000 followers who nobody cared about.

How do you use twitter Visimedia? Do you engage?

Well, your offer might also be seen by "real profiles". It's the same amount of work to tweet to 500 real followers as it is to tweet to 500 real followers and 15000 fake followers.

I guess if you have a major twitter obsession then you might want to cut it out of your life. But if it's something you can manage, I can't really see how twitter would take much time. It's like my facebook page...I spend about 10 minutes on it per year.

There are a lot of fake profiles on Twitter, that has been
true for a very long time, and as Twitter changes those
    using those techniques do too.

That's true of any platform where some marketers prefer
    looking for shortcuts.

I've still found it to be a very effective marketing tool.

Engaging your audience does work better than massive
link broadcasting, but that doesn't have to take more
than a few minutes a day with the right tools. For example,
I use software that keeps me organized and gives me a
more birds-eye view of my Twitter account.

That same software also allows me to pre-schedule tweets
for up to a year in advance if I wanted to. That's how I
can be speaking on-stage and tweet about my being
on-stage speaking at the same time
