These are the plugins that made 2010 rock for me, I made us of them on most of my sites

SEO - Platinum SEO
Cache - Quich Cache
Visitors Tracking - Statpress Reloaded
tricky on site SEO - SEO searchterms tagging 2
add codes to Robots.txt - KB Robots.txt
Generating sitemap to SE - XML-sitemap
Floating Share button - Getsocial
Autoblogging - wp-robot

and of course Akimset to KILL spam
