Best quality backliking service?

I meant backlinking in the title.

Is anyone using a backlinking service that has drastically improved their search engine rankings?

I am finding this to be the most tedious task to complete and wondered if you guys could make a recommendation on a good backlinking service.

    I've been looking at some in the Warriors for hire section, and most come off real sketchy to me. I don't know would also love some information on this.

      There are a lot of good ones in the Warriors For Hire section. Consider Billy Rey, Sidley, MattLaClear, Mattajay, Entri3, Marc_L and there are a number of other Warriors also (too many excellent ones to rattle off from off the head). By the way, I am affiliated to none of them, and have used each of the people's services that I have named above and have been satisfied.

        Thanks latrice, and Fred. I've been looking for this service in WSO, but wasn't really sure about any of them. Now I can compare and contrast specifics from a recommendation. Woo hoo.
