Get yourself a copy of Dragon Naturally Speaking. Do your research, make some notes, then hide your notes from yourself and talk into the microphone using Dragon Naturally Speaking as if you were explaining the topic of your article to a friend. After you are finished, go back and edit the results into article form.

If you don't want to spend the time writing you can hire someone to do it for you and they can put the keyword into the articles properly for SEO purposes.

Build each article around a keyword: leverage your presence by making sure articles have a chance to place well in search engines.

Take the time to write compelling titles. Catch the reader's interest immediately.

Practice. Write at least 1 article a day if you want to improve more quickly.

Read articles out loud after writing. See how it sounds. What you read in silence and what you hear out loud create 2 different experiences. Awkward sounding articles jump out at you when reading out loud.

Is there a specific amount of times I want to be using my keyword in the article?

    3 times/5 times/50 times?

I'm working on the assumption more = better so long as you don't crowd out the article thus detracting from the readability.

I wouldn't use a keyword more than is necessary... Fewer is better!

      No, really!

No better way to be penalized by engines and others than to fill an article with a bunch of keywords. Natural, readable content is the answer.

Submit the article to EZA first, if you don't see any warning that your keyword density is more than 2.1%, about 4.1%, etc then you're good to go.

      That's it.

You want to use the keyword phrase in the title and once per 100 words in the body. I also use it in my resource box as well. It is also a good idea to use other keywords that are related to your main keyword phrase throughout the article.
