Looking for a specific personal time management software

My computer crashed a while back and I lost a nifty piece of software I loved. I have searched Google high and low and I can't find anything like it. Maybe someone here can give me a tip.

It was a personal time management software with a simple interface that consisted of 'modules' that you could create. The idea was to create a new module for each task that you wanted to spend time doing and set a time limit. You would then hit the time while you were doing said task.

For example, if I wanted to spend 1 hour on SEO each day, 1 hour writing articles, and 30 minutes on Warrior Forum, I would create a module for each task and essentially make myself do each task for that amount of time until the buzzer rang.

I really hope someone knows what the heck I'm talking about and where to find it!

Has found on the site "Personal progress" (manprogress.com) a few articles about methods of personal development (manprogress.com/en/methods/index.html). Very interesting, especially the article about how to manage personal time (manprogress.com/en/methods/personal-time.html). Began to actively use the service "Personal time"(manprogress.com/en/services/personaltime/index.html) to optimize of my affairs
