What you "Need to Know" before you set your new year business goals.
I just finished reading an E-Book which opened my eyes to glaring holes in my business plans and the way I have been thinking about my business.
While the book is only 112 pages long I typed up 21 pages of notes, plans, and ideas while reading this book. (I'm not even close to being done with typing. There are ideas and thoughts spinning in my head right now.)
The E-Book is "Need to Know" by Paul Myers. Yes, that Paul Myers, the one who moderates, contributes, and shares constantly on the Warrior Forum. The same one many Warriors have cursed under their breath for being blunt, honest, and darn it, right..

The glaring holes it helped me uncover? The lack of building an effective network, mastermind group, not creating leverage with every item I produce, and a unique method of creating increased motivation for staying focused on my business.

I had only intended to sign up for the newsletter to see Paul's writing style, and then received the best Christmas gift I have received in years.
Of course, the second thank you goes to Paul for creating such a great source of information for free.
Seriously...If you have not read "Need to Know" by Paul Myers do it now, before the New Year. Then sit down and write up a new set of goals, projects, and dreams to chase. Hopefully it will spur your mind to new ways of looking at your business like it did mine.
