transfer POST comments over to PAGE in wordpress?

Hey there,

hope ya all had a great Christmas and now back preparing to kick butt in 2011.

quick question for all wordpress gurus:

I've got a POST with lots of comments and I'd like to turn that into a PAGE in wordpress.

I know how to transfer my content across, but how do I move the comments to the page?

    ah, I'll give the plugin a whirl first, then into the depth of phpadmin if really necessary...
