NewcastleGyms.com - How Would You Monetize This Site?

I just got this site few days ago as a Christmas gift from a Warrior friend. And I've been excited since then considering that I can see it has some limitless, amazing potentials.

I want to flip it after developing it for a while.

How would you monetize it if you were in my shoes?

Any ideas would be appreciated?

    Why not get it ranking well for the name of the domain assuming it isn't already and then contact the various gyms in Newcastle and either offer to sell or rent the site to them. I haven't checked the search volume for the term but I think there must be some demand for gym memberships in a big city like Newcastle. You could also do a Google places for the domain and make it worth more to a new owner.

    Another idea could be to offer advertising to gyms on your site. Most gym owners wouldn't know how to rank well for their own site.
