Source For Quicktime Video Clips?

I am looking for clips to use for a special project on the web, but most I see are flv files or wmv...

Because I am editing on a Mac using iMovie, I am looking for Quicktime clips.

Anyone know of sources?

Cheers,

Millard

Well there are a lot of different places, but it really depends on what your going to use them for, and what license do you need? Royalty free, public domain, media buyout, ect.

If you upgrade your quicktime installation to pro through the cheap Apple option, you will be able to convert video formats. There are free conversion utilities around too.

    Hey Millard,

To edit movie on a mac all you need is video in .mov or .mp4 format. Quicktime is just a player that allows you to watch those files. So here is your solution:

Find the clip you like on youtube, revver, whatever video sharing site you like and bring it here:

    Zamzar dot com

You can convert any online video into any format you want (including .mov and.mp4). It then emails you the new video with the new format.

100% free, and it takes about 20 seconds

    Hope this helped -Matt
