How Do Upload My Header?

i just installed a new theme with the help of fellow Warriors but now i completely forgot how to upload the header. i'm looking under WordPress Appearance Tab but i cannot figure out how to upload it again.

      Go to your images file and rename your old header to header1.php or whatever - just add a number to rename it so you can find it if needed. Then upload your new header to the images folder, titled header.php (or whatever it is called in your theme).

      Once you've done this, refresh your site and you should see the new header.
