    Be transparent.

    Cost of premium purchased theme - $x

    Cost of stock photos where not supplied by client - $x

    Hours spent installing theme, optimising premium theme, creating content (where not provided) and finishing off site - x hours at $x per hour.

    If you just give a figure, then the client has nothing to base their decision on. If you create value in your figure, then the client has something they can identify with.

    Yes .. I am sure they will say .. but I can get that done for $20 from India ... if they don't give you the business, just give them a call in a few weeks to see how the people they went with are performing.
