How Many Free Samples Should I Give Away To Get Enough Testimonials/Reviews?
I am in the process of putting a membership site together, and since I want to make sure the whole thing is working as a well-oiled machine, I gave 10 people the chance to go in and check it out in exchange for feedback...
I got 1 person's feedback... and never heard from the others.
How many people do you think I should show the site to in order to get good feedback and testimonials?
Are there warriors out there that are known to give good feedback? (I don't mean positive feedback necesarily, I mean insightful comments that will lead to the improvement of my site)
