How much is a website worth if it makes $250-$500 per month? Let's assume that the buyer will also get all video-sharing accounts that generate traffic for the site.

    It's a difference if it makes $250 or $500 per month. But if it brings in $300 constantly for more than 4 months I would say it's worth around $4000.

    I would say it's worth what it makes per month multiplied by 6-12. It'll pay for itself in a few months with minimal upkeep and it already has consistent traffic which makes it worth more if someone is planning on building it up.

    4k sounds about right plus/minus for how much work is required to maintain the site, traffic sources and how sustainable the site and niche are.

    Depends on how long it has been bringing in that kind of money and how much work it takes to bring in that kind of money.

    Depends on the source of income, the source and type of traffic, the long term viability of the product, the long term viability of the market, etc., etc., etc.

    To somebody who isn't savvy enough to find out all that info before placing a bid on such a site, it's probably worth a couple thousand bucks. On the open market, with a good sales pitch, it can probably bring that right now without a lot of hassle.

    If you want to make more than that, you've got to pitch to people who know a good investment when they see one, AND you've got to provide a good investment.

    To THAT crowd, it's worth what it earned you this month...till we know more.
