Huhh? They bought the product, but I got no commision?

So for one of the products I'm promoting, I got the amount of hops usually needed for a sale. So I received 1 order form impression count and 1 order form submit count. Doesn't that mean, I should have a sale? This happened yesterday by the way.

    It depends on the system - they may have not had the means to pay once they ordered and so never actually completed a payment.

    You need to speak to the product owner.

    Is there a waiting period? Is this an affiliate commission? Often for those, the company will impose a waiting period before issuing a payment to make sure the sale is real and not a scammy fake sale made by the affiliate for himself. We usually impose a 30-day wait before issuing payments to affiliates. During that period the payment will register as "pending." This protects us from fraud and keeps our affiliate program moving along smoothly.

    Order form impression only means it was viewed, ref the order form submission it is could be a number of reasons as to why it doesn't show a sale:

    1) Server has not yet reported it (time dealy)
    2) Payment was refused by card issuer
    3) Form was submitted with incorrect info

    What you have reported is not unusual so don't worry on it too much, just keep pushing the traffic and if you have your marketing corectly set up and targeted the sales will come.

    I assume this was a click bank product?

    Totally depends on the affiliate system, what website/affiliate are you using? That alone purely changes anything, it means somebody has submitted a order, doesn't mean they've made the payment yet, it depends on how the system your using works.
