Anyone Know How To Insert Paypal Code Into SMF Forums?

I would like to insert PayPal code into some of the SMF forums that I run in different niches for donations as well as purchasing of ad space. But don’t have a clue how to go about it nor can I find any details by searching for it. Hopefully, someone here has an SMF forum that they have successfully monetized with PayPal. Currently I link to other pages but this has mixed results as some people go to them and others don’t.

    Edit the theme's source code, paste the Paypal code in the correct section, the section will change depending on where you want it to be displayed, it's quite easy.

    I guess you know about the SMF support forums at Simple Machines Community Forum - Index ? They are a really good source of info for all the tedious details.

    I haven't tried putting a Paypal button in, but it was simple enough to to find the SMF logo image in images, replace it with a button of my own, and link it to anything I want. Also the W3C and PHP buttons at the bottom of each template page. They aren't required by SMF.

    in paypal, you can generate donation links. use it as a general link on your smf.

    I ended up going with a catchy domain name that forwards to a PayPal donation page. This is better anyway as people can enter exactly what they want and the price.
