AZA copyright issues, need help

Lately, i've seen some ezinepublisher stats on my articles so i searched for my article titles in quotes in Google and found some pages that used my articles. Some copied my resource box, some linked to the original article which is fine with me, and i found quite number of websites that used my article but changed the links on the resource box. I sent them messages on their 'contact us' page regarding the issue and sent a message to their webhosts when their sites did not have any contact information.

what got to my nerve was how almost all my articles that were plagiarized linked to a certain website, freeweightlossexpert.com. I also noticed many articles there which I assume to also be plagiarized content. I tried sending a message through their "contact us" page but it seemed bugged.

If you were in my shoes, how would you handle a situation like this?

*wrong title. realized too late. sorry*

I'd send a standard DMCA notice addressed to "info" and "admin" and "support" at theirdomain.com (just in case that works), and send copies of it to their registrar, their host and Google. And then put my own shoes back on because I probably wouldn't be able to walk in yours. Good luck! (These things happen - you just need a DMCA notice ready to go out by email, so that you use up the minimal time and effort in dealing with them, when they do).

By the way, your post above has given them the benefit of a good backlink: you might possibly want to edit that?

(PS This really isn't an "EZA copyright issue": it's an Ongkal copyright issue. You own the copright, not EZA, who will have absolutely no interest in this matter at all.)

Thanks for letting me know, Alexa. editing the post now.

BTW, Happy Holidays and thanks for giving out useful pointers to people who want to succeed at article marketing!
