Hey guys,

What is the best website to list a product on? What would you choose and why?

I would post my product on the site that was most appropriate for what ever I was selling.

I would look up specific reviews of the sites under consideration.

Your question is way too general.

I might even entertain buying my own affiliate software, and hosting my own program.

Really depends on what you are selling.

My thoughts were set up around selling the product myself, and, I wasn't even thinking about the affiliates on the website already. In other words, I am going to establish my own relationships, and, other people will advertise for me, and, ejunkie or whatever will pay the commissions and money out.

    Make sense?

Based on your pricepoint, personally I'd look into running something like RAP or similar system where it can be integrated with Paypal and affiliates get paid per sale and are responsible for refunds.

Another system to check out now is payspree.

Both Rap and payspree are run by fellow warriors.

Rap you buy and install yourself. Payspree runs more like a market place where you can list the product.

It depends on the type of product you are selling. If you are selling an ebook then my thought is related forums will be the best place to sell them. However if you have a digital product then I would prefer clickbank to sell them.

For a digital product with that low of a price point, I would totally recommend RAP. If it were higher, like over $30, then I would recommend Clickbank, as long as it was only 1 digital report.

Basically my advice is this: choose based on the type of product, what services you need, what types of affiliates you're looking for, and price point.
