Using Ezine Articles for autoblogging and alike???

I've seen several autoblogging plugins (I won't name them but they are
pretty known) and other automatic content generation software
advertising that they use Ezine Aricles as one of their content sources.

Ezine Articles' terms of service for publishers says clearly that only
25 articles are allowed for reprint per website per year, or maximum of
250 articles if you publish on 10 websites or more.

Considering that, Ezine Articles is not suitable source of content for
autoblogging at all. Now I wander if those plugins are breaking the
terms and reprinting as many articles from EA as they want, or what's
going on?

    You can always setup the posting interval to your likings. You don't have to break any rules. One of the plugins I use has the limit of 25 EZA articles already implemented at the core.

      Yes, but how can just 25 articles per year be suitable for autoblogging?
      I tend to believe that some people are reprinting 10 times more articles
      than allowed by the terms.

    Some of the software available uses more than just EZA as its article source. I know mine does and I'm pretty sure WP Robot does as well.

    I don't know of any that are purposefully breaking TOS but if they are and your using it then that is certainly something to watch out for.
